We are a Dallas, Texas based Company. We offer Consultation and Brokerage. With over 26 years experience in the development and sales of hotels and resorts, we offer a variety of services to a Hotel or Resort owner. As a boutique company, we are a little different. We work on a one-to-one basis. We ask that a prospective purchaser talk with us about the ultimate outcome of a search for the desired type of property or structuring the sale of a present operation. Through many years experience we have learned we function best in a relationship wherein we thoroughly understand your goals. Before we present an offer to an owner, we want to know your credentials, credibility and capability to purchase. Even though the details may differ eventually in that you may decide to pay cash, obtain a mortgage, a bridge loan,  construction loan, or ask that the seller participate, all parties benefit from an up front discussion. We feel that covering many of the details in advance is advantageous to all parties.
