Investments in the form of hotels, resorts, lodges, motels and the like represent a unique and special combination of real estate and business investment. Many of the characteristics of a retail service establishment are present, along with the high capital investment common to real estate ownership. But the inventory (guest rooms, fixtures, etc.) has a short shelf life. Unlike other forms of real estate, lease periods are daily, however the rates can be changed on short notice. Another factor, uniquely, is the management and labor intensiveness of the hospitality industry. The Management Division of our company/Affiliates offers Management of Luxury properties as well as of other types. You will be amazed at our resumes and at the properties in our portfolios.

Asset Management and Operational Consulting Clients
We offer a range of fee structures tailored to each unique situation and focused on the clients’ goals from the assignment.
Such as, maximizing the interest level of the Operator and productivity levels of the property’s staff so as to increase cash flow
Insure that the physical maintenance and the capital expenditures to improve the property are completed, thereby maintaining or improving the physical condition of the property.
Assisting the Owner in developing realistic goals for the property, communicating those goals to the Operator, and subsequently encouraging the achievement by reviewing, in detail, the Operator’s efforts towards achieving those goals.
